I have no reservations with the service provided by Storage King Avondale and I commend Kerry and team. They put their customers' needs first. They went out of their way to accommodate my storage needs. I had a container shipped from the islands and they happily liaised directly with my agent. I was very aware of the stress the process would have put on them but they actioned what had to be done and followed through to the end. I approached them about some manpower to help unpack the container and they sorted all this out in an efficient manner. I would like to thank you Kerry and the team for your assistance and wish you all the best. I would definitely use Storage King Avondale again without a doubt.

We have had a storage unit at the Avondale Rosebank Road for a little time now and when we sold our house we required a larger unit which we were given. In dealing with Chris & the staff at the Avondale depot we have found the staff to be very helpful,informative and genuinely nice people The place is very well run,tidy and even the other unit holders seem friendly and cosiderate.

I recently called Storage King Avondale to inquire about temporary storage of my personal belongings while I am do some renovation on my house. Chris Ruri answered the call and he was so professional and courteous giving me options and sizes. Made good suggestion on best value for money centred on my storage size requirement. He even offered to find the easy accessible unit and invited me to make a no obligation visit. I arrived later in the afternoon after work and he greeted me cordially and we made a no obligation visit to see one of the unit for myself. I found the service and attention given to me superb by Chris. He made the signing of the contract hassle free, and gave me a run down on how to access to the facility as well the facilities available on site i.e Toilets, parking etc. I now have storage at the most friendliest branch of Storage King in New Zealand. Service with a smile and the kiwi “mates” attitude.

We were away for 3 months and needed to put away important stuff that we couldn t leave in our flat, hence storage king was a great and convenient place for it. Thank you for accommodating us. Staff were friendly other rentees were nice too. Would likely rent a space with you in the future.
